To those of you who made your voices heard this year, thank you! Thank you for taking part in an essential process of your community’s development and growth. Thank you for affirming that our children’s futures matter. Thank you for making sure that there is still hope for and hope in democracy. Thank you for refusing to listen to those who would disenfranchise you by convincing you that you don’t matter. Thank you for not taking for granted the rights and privileges we have as citizens.
